swot skills analysis
todays lesson involved doing a
skills analysis report on personal skills and
weaknesses as a result of this class i have
a document listing my strengths and weaknesses
i found it easy and unnessicary in my opinion
i think it was irrelevent to a certificate 4 in networking
and told the teacher so.
that was all that for the first week

Expressing your opinions is definitely one of your strengths.
Being diplomatic is not.
I am always interested in any feedback you have. But am yet to hear any ideas about what you would prefer to have included in the Wednesday classes. If you don't want to be labelled a whinger then it is always advisable to include a suggestion on how to improve the situation as well as point out areas of weakness.
The name of the subject is "Contribute to personal skill development and learning". As IT is changing rapidly all the time then being able to continually develop your skills is a crucial skill. So the perspective we've taken is to get students to reflect on how they operate in a work context ( which cannot be separated from their personal characteristics )and how that could be improved to increase their chances of employment.
